About the Vote Administrator

TrueBallot, Inc. (TBI) is an independent election administration company that ensures the security, accuracy, and impartiality of labor union and association elections. TBI has been administering elections for more than a decade, and uses a combination of traditional and electronic balloting methods. Its advanced technology offers members of the Association of Alumni the ability to vote using a traditional paper ballot or a secure Internet voting site. TBI has conducted hundreds of elections, from small nonprofit elections to the most controversial union contests.

Explanation of Voting Process

You can vote online beginning March 10. If you do not receive an email with your personal identification number (PIN), that's okay; you can use the assigned PIN number on your printed ballot. Printed ballots will be mailed first class to all alumni.

Ballot Committee

The ballot committee of the Association of Alumni is charged with running fair balloting contests for alumni trustee and for other association business that comes before the membership for a vote. Members of the committee include
